Our team

Move well, stay well, the difference is in our hands.

Our specialised team bring with them skills and expertise across a range of experiences and treatments. For example, our principle physiotherapist Tamra McFarlane is, among other things, PD Warrior trained, which is a highly-successful and recognised method of slowing down the progression of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease through specific type of exercise.

Ruth Roberson, our specialist Pilates Instructor & Therapy Assistant, has a special interest in neurological conditions and has worked with individuals living with MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke and Neuropathy.

Physiotherapist Caitlyn Peterson has a background in women’s health and rehabilitation – working with clients with chronic conditions such as cardiac, lung and neurological conditions.
