Our Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors are highly qualified and passionately dedicated, each team member bringing over 20 years of valuable experience to their respective fields.

Each professional is adept at addressing clients’ individual needs, collaborating closely to help them achieve  their optimal level of function and performance.

Our principle  physiotherapist, Tamra McFarlane, possesses a diverse skill set, including specialised training in PD Warrior—a highly effective and widely recognised approach to slowing down the advancement of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease through targeted exercises.

In addition to her expertise in this area, she is proficient in delivering the GLA:D® program designed for individuals with Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.

Furthermore, Tamra successfully incorporates Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, as an adjunct treatment for  Musculoskeletal conditions, such as Plantar Fasciitis. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of therapeutic methodologies underscores her dedication to providing comprehensive and cutting-edge care to our patients.

Tamra has over 20-years experience in physiotherapy – working in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia. Having qualified as the top student in her year at the University of Wales in Cardiff with a Bachelor of Science degree with First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy.
