Our team

Move well, stay well, the difference is in our hands.

Our specialised team brings a wealth of skills and expertise, covering a diverse range of  conditions and treatments.

Our Physiotherapists are highly qualified and  dedicated to getting the best outcome for each patient at every session.

Each physiotherapist  brings over 20 years of valuable experience to their respective areas of physiotherapy  and are adept at addressing clients’ individual needs, collaborating closely to help them achieve  their goals and optimal level of function and performance in as short a time frame as possible.

Our principle  physiotherapist, Tamra McFarlane, successfully incorporates Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy – and utilises both radial and focused shockwave, as a highly effective adjunct treatment for treatment of  Musculoskeletal conditions, such as Achilles Tendon pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Hip and knee OA as well as shoulder pain and numerous other areas of tendon issues. This evidence based modality is not used in isolation, rather is added to physiotherapy sessions, to enable a significantly faster rate of pain reduction and return to sport.

Tamra possesses a diverse skill set, and is a member of Ehlers Danlos Society, PD Warrior Programme—a highly effective and widely recognised approach to slowing down the advancement of idiopathic Parkinson’s disease through targeted exercises.

In addition to her expertise in this area, she is proficient in delivering the GLA:D® program designed for individuals with Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis and treating OA with the most recent, evidence based, non-invasive treatment modalities which is assisting patients to return to a more active lifestyle than they had previously envisaged.

Her commitment to staying at the forefront of therapeutic methodologies underscores her dedication to providing comprehensive and cutting-edge care to our patients.
